What happens at each step

Here is how a typical custom apparel order moves from inquiry to shipment, including what the customer provides and what JCJ Wear prepares.

Step 01

Inquiry

We start by confirming the purpose, target users, garment type and visual direction of your custom apparel project.

Estimated timeline: Usually 1-2 working days after receiving basic information.

Customer provides

Project goal, target users, garment references, logo files, preferred colors and any deadline requirements.

JCJ Wear will do

Review the brief, clarify feasibility, identify key production questions and suggest the best next step.

Step 02

Quotation

The quotation stage turns your requirements into a practical cost and production direction.

Estimated timeline: Usually 3–5 working days, depending on fabric selection, customization details and order complexity.

Customer provides

Estimated quantity, delivery market, customization method, size range and any packaging or labeling needs.

JCJ Wear will do

Estimate pricing, MOQ, material direction, sample cost and a realistic production schedule.

Step 03

Sampling

Sampling confirms fabric, fit, construction and branding details before bulk production begins.

Estimated timeline: From 15 working days after sample details are confirmed. The actual timeline may vary depending on production schedule, material availability and specific customization requirements.

Customer provides

Sample approval comments, fit feedback, logo position confirmation and any requested adjustments.

JCJ Wear will do

Develop the sample, coordinate materials and workmanship, and prepare revision guidance when needed.

Step 04

Production

After sample approval, the order moves into coordinated bulk production with clear production planning.

Estimated timeline: Depends on order quantity and material readiness; confirmed before production starts.

Customer provides

Final quantity, size breakdown, approved sample confirmation, payment arrangement and delivery requirements.

JCJ Wear will do

Prepare materials, arrange cutting, sewing, printing or embroidery, and monitor bulk production progress.

Step 05

Quality Inspection

Quality inspection reduces delivery risk by checking key details before packing and shipment.

Estimated timeline: Usually completed before final packing and shipment booking.

Customer provides

Any specific inspection standards, labeling requirements or destination-market expectations.

JCJ Wear will do

Check workmanship, sizing, logo application, finishing, packing requirements and production consistency.

Step 06

Shipping

The shipping stage prepares the finished goods for organized international delivery.

Estimated timeline: Depends on destination and shipping method.

Customer provides

Destination address, shipping preference, consignee information and any required import documents.

JCJ Wear will do

Coordinate packing, shipping support, export communication and delivery handoff with the selected logistics option.
